Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the serial number of the appliance to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Appliance
Ensure the unit is clean, disconnected from all utility lines, and secured in its original packaging or equivalent protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Schedule a Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup from your home to ensure the heavy equipment is handled safely by our logistics partners.
Inspection and Refund
After our technicians inspect the unit at our warehouse to confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
