What are your standard delivery and installation fees?
We offer free curbside delivery on all orders over $499. Professional installation services are available for an additional fee, depending on the appliance type and your location's existing hookups.
Do you offer removal services for old appliances?
Yes, we provide a haul-away service for your old appliances when you purchase a new unit. Simply select the 'Haul-Away' option at checkout to ensure our delivery team is prepared.
What is the warranty coverage on your products?
All appliances come with a standard one-year manufacturer's warranty. We also offer extended protection plans through D&S Care that cover parts and labor for up to five years.
What is your return policy for large appliances?
Major appliances can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are in their original, unopened packaging. If the unit has been installed or used, a restocking fee may apply unless the unit is found to be defective.
Can I track my delivery in real-time?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or email that allows you to see the driver's progress and your estimated arrival window.
Do you offer financing options?
We provide several flexible financing plans, including 0% APR options for qualified buyers through our partnership with Affirm and Klarna.
